Patrick B. Dillon
Patrick B. Dillon enjoys finding solutions to legal issues and catching problems for clients. Pat practices in the Sumner, West Union and Volga offices. He represents clients in district, associate district and magistrate courts for agricultural, real estate, and collection issues. He drafts wills and trusts, creates estate plans and helps clients through the probate process. He also is a federal designated debt relief attorney and protects consumer's assets by filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy relief. Pat is a Fall 2003 graduate of Drake University Law School, with high honors.
Pat was grew up as part of a diversified family farm operation and graduated from Sumner Community Schools. Pat farms with his brother and parents in northeast Iowa.
Publications : "A Look at Agricultural Law" which is posted as a blog on this website and appears in the Sumner Gazette. Pat is also the author of Field Manual: Iowa Farmer's Guide to Legal Issues.

Jill Dillon
Jill is a Delhi, Iowa native, University of Northern Iowa undergraduate (Political Science Cum Laude), and a Drake University Law School graduate. Jill is a firm owner but not currently accepting private pay clients. Jill still has ties to her family farm operation and she has a long history of dairy farming.
Jill is the former executive director of the American Agricultural Law Association and serves on various community economic development boards.
Tori Beyer
Tori is Fredericksburg, Iowa native. She is a University of Iowa undergraduate where she double majored in Criminology, Justice, and Law and Ethics and Public Policy and a North Dakota Law School graduate. Tori practices in the Sumner and New Hampton offices. She represents clients in district, associate district and magistrate courts and her practice areas include but are not limited to estate planning, real estate, business formation, wills/probate, criminal defense, and civil litigation.
